the wind blows through here

scattering a crisp carpet

colour fills the path

delicate shades glow

purple along the road sides

drawing me to peace

Autumn

leaves still cling tight as

cool nights add a brilliant red

to mark the season

Marigolds

aroma fills space

to remind us once again

that music is fun

Sunset

fire in the sky sinks

slowly into quivering 

water as the end

Poppy

blooming blood captured

into clay formed and displayed

for our remembrance
